M0SHB1T I can't say much except I just fucking love every single second of this album, some songs make me drown in emotions and let me sing the chorus days after listening. I normally don't listen to this kind of music but the overall composition and mood blew me away. Top notch album that is always worth coming back to. Thank you for this gem! Favorite track: Aetheric Sanctuary.

Unicorn Hole What an awesome introduction to the NCU for WWG! The music is atmospheric, catchy, and just so different. Post-rock and Nintendocore make for a surprisingly awesome combination. We learn just enough about Nick to want to know more. Twenty Years of Snow is one of Unicorn Hole's personal faves. <3 Favorite track: Aetheric Sanctuary.

Arjax Beautiful. I can't wait to become further acquainted with these tracks. There's a pretty steady mood set throughout, but the energy changes a lot so the whole album had my undivided attention. WWG showing once again that they are well versed and talented, more so than ever before. Favorite track: Leaving.

Dreaming 03:24
I raise my hand To shield my eyes Blocking both the moon and stars suspended in the sky I raise my hand To hide the light Feeling something tugging at me just out of my sight Flickering blue shadows pulling Me somewhere the sun can’t follow I raise my hand A drowning man Waving for a rescuer far off and on the land I raise my hand And I can’t stand Stumble to the earth and slowly sink into the sand Flickering blue shadows pulling Me somewhere the sun can’t follow (I’m dragged below into the earth Darkness that encloses me without death or rebirth Guttering blue figures stand and watch watch me Struggling and judging me for things I should have done) I can feel their fingers twisting Sinking into skin I feel them growing from my eyes And threading tendrils deep within I feel them worming through my thoughts Corrupting everything they touch I feel them slither like a snake around my heart And in my guts and even now I feel their fingers twisting Sinking into skin I feel them growing from my eyes And threading tendrils deep within I feel them worming through my thoughts Corrupting everything they touch I feel them slither like a snake around my heart And in my guts until I wake

Wake up Put on my coat Breathe in the air Wipe the ice off frozen windows I am a ghost Pen to paper, I write a note Finding answers, asking questions View the world through fractured lenses And I write everything that I know Filling papers and pages and tomes But I buried it all in the snow Somewhere down in the shadows below-oh-oh-oh Wake up Put on my coat It’s the same routine that I’ve lived so long I’m buried under twenty years of snow

Boraea 03:06
Walk through streets Down the snowy boulevard I turn my gaze from those I meet But I feel their eyes upon me While they glance as if to say: “Who is this stranger that we’ve known for years?” I try to hurry Gather up the things I need So I can scurry Like a rat back to its cage But I feel them watching Feel it like a noose around my neck “Where are you going, why are you still here?” That’s what I fear Take me swiftly back to my home Someplace quiet, someplace alone

Home again I begin I may not know the way to bend the world to every whim At least in here I can pretend The gentle chime of bells rings softly through the dusty air I start, as I was lost in thought, and quickly take my chair Delicate instruments all dance to currents drifting by The leyline flows, an undertow, unseen by my unpracticed eye In here the answers flow like water from a mountain stream To wash away the past, draw cracks in walls that form between A silver light to banish shadows to their frigid plane Aetheric sanctuary, quiet and my own escape I set aside my book Let forth a silent sigh I almost overlook the instrument upon my shelf A glowing, guiding light In here the answers flow like water from a mountain stream To wash away the past, draw cracks in walls that form between A silver light to banish shadows to their frigid plane Aetheric sanctuary, quiet, calming Yet I know; Silver glow Guiding Me Where I must go (ooh, ooh, ohh)

Leaving 03:53
I don my coat I close my eyes I swallow down all of the doubt I kept inside For twenty years I’ve languished here No reason to advance And no excuses for escape Was all I wanted just a chance? I don my coat I close my eyes I swallow down all of the doubt I kept inside In isolation I remained But now it’s time to change To venture out into the day To journey south and meet my fate But even now I hear the whisper when I close my eyes “You can’t outrun your past, you shouldn’t even dare to try You left your home, escaped alone, killed under darkened skies The mark you bear upon your soul will be there til you die” But still I go I have to know What have I found? What waits for me?

about

A melancholy departure from their typical sound, Weekly Words and Grammar produced part two of the NCU- a sprawling fantasy tale told by some of your favorite bands in the scene.

Follow Nick, a reclusive mage with a dark past, as he travels through the snowy mountain town of Boraea in this atmospheric and moody nintendocore release.
